Evening Snowshoeing in Husky Park

Once again this winter season, the Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay will turn the lights on in Husky Park for the public to snowshoe in the evenings.
Effective December 18th, the lights will be on in Husky Park from Monday – Thursday between the hours of 5:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m., throughout the winter season.
The snowshoe trail starts at the red fence and members of the community are required to bring their own equipment. Snowshoe rentals will not be provided.
Members of the public are asked to park behind the Broomfield Memorial Arena. Arena washroom facilities will be available and accessible for use.
We encourage community members to spread the word about this safe, free and leisurely evening activity!
