Scheduled Water Shut-off: Spruce Park Area

The Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay is advising residents of an urgent water shut-off on Friday, September 7, 2018, due to emergency repairs to the Water Line. The areas affected include:
Park Drive – Addresses 95 to 102 inclusive
Woodland Crescent – Addresses 12 to 38 inclusive
Spruce Avenue – Addresses 1 to 25 inclusive
Also
A separate Water Line Repair will affect 463 Hamilton River Road
These shut-offs are necessary to complete emergency repairs. As a result of these interruptions, the Town will be issuing a boil water advisory (once the work has been completed and water restored) for this area until further notice.
Residents are advised to bring water that you might ingest to a rigorous rolling boil for one (1) minute.
For Example, boil water used for:
Drinking
Brushing teeth
Making juice from concentrate and powders
Cooking
Washing fruits and vegetables
Making tea, coffee, and other hot drinks
Making infant formula and cereals
