The Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay is committed to waste reduction and diversion within the community. In an effort to continue with its waste reduction goals and in response to both provincial and community interest, the Town has created a Single-Use Plastic Bag Community Survey to allow residents to voice their concerns and desires surrounding how the Town should proceed with the implementation of a plastic bag elimination strategy.
