Christmas Tree Collection & Disposal

The Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay Public Works Department is encouraging residents to place organic Christmas trees roadside for collection and proper disposal.

This collection/disposal service is for organic (real) Christmas trees only.

Please remove all decorations before putting your tree roadside.

Please note the Town will not be collecting artificial Christmas trees.

All collected organic Christmas trees will be mulched in the Town’s mobile wood chipper this spring. The Town will use organic waste for future landscaping and recreational purposes throughout the community.
