Adopt-A-Hydrant program is back for winter 2019 / 2020. The idea remains very simple; residents can adopt a particular Hydrant (or Hydrants) and commit to keeping it clear throughout the winter months. Did you know that in the Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay, there are a total of 390 Fire Hydrants?
