The Happy Valley-Goose Bay Department of Community Services & Recreation is pleased to announce the winners of the “Kid’s Winter Carnival Art Contest.” The theme of Winter Carnival 2021 is “Boil Up.”
We received 39 submissions in total and picked 20 names out of a hat. Below are the lucky winners who will each receive a $25.00 Gift Card. We will make contact to obtain mailing addresses, and prizes will be sent to the lucky winners by Canada Post.
Congratulations to all who sent in their submissions; there is some fantastic talented youth in our community.
