Municipal Landfill Open for Normal Operations

The Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay Public Works Department is advising residents and businesses that the Municipal Landfill will OPEN for normal operations today (February 20, 2020).
The Town appreciates the patience and understanding of residents and businesses and apologizes for any inconvenience the closure may have caused.
Municipal Landfill Hours of Operation:
OPEN: Monday to Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
CLOSED: Sundays and on the following Statutory Holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Good Friday
- Easter Monday
- Victoria Day
- Discovery Day
- Canada Day
- August Civic Holiday
- Labour Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Remembrance Day
- Christmas Day
- Boxing Day (reduced hours)
