The Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay Public Works Department advises motorists that crews will be carrying out construction activities near a section of Kelland Drive.

Crews have all applicable Safety Signage visible and Flag Persons in place; motorists are encouraged to exercise caution in and around the area as construction activities occur.
