The Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay Water & Sewer Department is advising residents that Water Flushing Activities have started and will be underway over the next 4 to 6 weeks for the below-mentioned streets.
Water Flushing Activities have commenced on the following streets:
- Roberts Road
- Burry Crescent
- White Crescent
- Windsor Drive
- Cooper Crescent
- Hope Street
- Morris Crescent
- Tenth Street
- Pleasant Avenue
- Hunt Street
- Royal Street
- Broomfield Street
- Churchill Street
- Hamilton River Road (Labrador Health Centre to Tenth Street)
- Hillcrest Road
- Palliser Crescent
- Deharving Drive
- Other surrounding areas may also be affected

During this activity, residents and businesses may notice lower than normal water pressure and potential discolouration of water. If discolouration occurs, please run taps until clear.
Residents will notice Town Vehicles in and around the areas mentioned above, and Motorists are advised to use caution while this critical maintenance activity is ongoing
