Do You Want to Meet with Council?

Anyone wishing to address Council at the monthly public meeting must notify the Town Manager or Confidential Secretary of their intention at least 24 hours prior to the meeting and the issue they wish to convey.

At the time of their notification, they will be informed that there will be no discussion or decision by Council concerning their issue and that they have a maximum of five minutes to relay their information.

Anyone wishing to address the Council without prior notification will be informed of the policy and not be allowed to address Council.
