INFORMATION FOR THE PUBLIC
The Town of Happy Valley- Goose Bay is advising residents that the scheduled water shut-off for June 28 has been RE-SCHEDULED FOR WEDNESDAY, JUNE 29. This shut-off is necessary to conduct maintenance on the water main.
This interruption take place from approximately 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. The following area will be affected:
Cartwright Crescent
As a result of this interruption, the Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay will be issuing a boil water advisory (once the work has been completed) for this area until further notice. The Town apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.
Residents are advised to bring water that you might ingest to a rigorous rolling boil for one (1) minute.
For Example, boil water used for:
Drinking
Brushing teeth
Making juice from concentrate and powders
Cooking
Washing fruits and vegetables
Making tea, coffee and other hot drinks
Making infant formula and cereals
