Service Dog

Information for the Public

The Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay is informing the public that there is an individual within our community who is currently using a Service Dog.

A Service Dog is permitted by provincial law to accompany their handler or trainer anywhere the handler or trainer are permitted to go, including restaurants, stores and other public places pets normally are not allowed.

We ask that the public please be considerate when you see the service dog throughout our community and also to please refrain from petting the dog.
