Boil Water Advisory – LIFTED

The Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay is advising residents and business that the Boil Water Advisory has been LIFTED for:

• Valley Area – Voisey Drive / Mealy Mountain Collegiate to all Valley area

The Boil Water Advisory for the Valley area of Town has been lifted due to the following criteria being met:

1. At least one (1) satisfactory bacteriological water analysis has been obtained (absence of total coliform and E. coli in 100ml of samples).
2. Satisfactory free chlorine residual is maintained at the entry to the distribution system.
3. Free chlorine residual is detectable & maintained throughout the distribution system.

The Town apologizes for any inconvenience this may have caused, and we appreciate the patience and understanding of all concerned.

There are no current Boil Water Advisories in effect.
