The Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay Department of Enforcement & Emergency Services is reminding the public of the Complaints Line 896-3322 and of the new complaints email address complaints@townhvgb.com for situations such as:
- Animal Control
- Animal Welfare
- Noise complaints
- Loitering
- Vagrants
- Property Issues
- Traffic concerns
- Speeding complaints
- ATV / Snowmobile and other off-road vehicle complaints
