We offer commercial office space for lease in the Happy Valley-Goose Bay area. Komatik Real Estate’s commercial property offers not only a great space to conduct business, but the additional services to keep things running smoothly. Our building at 169 Hamilton River Road houses 6 office suites as well as the Komatik Conference Room. The Komatik Conference Room is located on the ground floor of our building.
