The Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay Public Works Department is advising residents that street widening operations for the below listed areas will take place today, Wednesday, February 24, 2021:

Public Works Crews will begin Snow Clearing and Widening the below listed area this morning and afternoon:

• Spruce Park
• Hamilton Heights (MOT)

Public Works Crews will move into Snow Clearing and Widening the below listed area this evening:

• North Side (Canadian Side)

PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THESE STREETS

Your assistance will allow our public works crews to safely and efficiently widen the roadways with the snowblower and grader.

The Town will provide further schedule updates as they become available.

We appreciate everyone’s cooperation as our crews work to keep the streets clear and safe this winter.
