TRAFFIC ADVISORY KELLAND DRIVE-ROAD CLOSURE/DETOUR
The Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay advises motorists of a closure of the upper section of Kelland Drive effective Wednesday, July 14, 2021:
Areas affected:
· The intersection of Hamilton River Road & Kelland Drive to Intersection of Kelland Drive & Edmunds Crescent (first entrance). Detour available for residents of Edmunds Crescent at the second entrance.
JCL Ltd. advises the above schedule is subject to change. The Town will make every attempt to keep residents updated as soon as the contractor provides information.
JCL Ltd. will have all applicable Safety Signage visible and Flag Persons in place; motorists are encouraged to exercise caution in and around all areas as road construction activities occur.
Motorists may experience detours and prolonged commutes at peak times.
