Update Various Streets

Information for the Public

The Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay Water & Sewer Department advises residents that Water Flushing Activities will continue today, Wednesday, August 25, 2021, in the Valley area of Town.

The following streets will be affected:

• Mitchell Street
• Pottle Street
• Bird Street
• Ikey Street
• Rendell Crescent
• Martin Crescent
• Chaulk Street
• Davis Crescent
• Winters Street
• Deharving Drive
• Roberts Road
• Cooper Crescent
• Windsor Drive
• Burry Crescent
• Tenth Street

Residents and businesses in the areas mentioned above may notice lower than normal water pressure and potential discolouration of water during water flushing activities. If discolouration occurs, please run taps until clear.

Residents are encouraged to notify the Town office of water issues. This will enable the public works department to track and provide a better service to the public.

Crews will have all appropriate signage in place. Please use caution in these areas.
