Sports & Exercise Groups

In Happy Valley-Goose Bay there are a large number of sport and exercise groups that you can get involved in. These groups are for a wide variety of ages and in many sports there are men’s, women’s, and co-ed leagues. Learn more about these groups and how to get involved.
