Running Programs:
- Learn-2-Run: A 10 week progressive run/walk clinic that enables you to complete a 5km run by the end of the program. Usually begins late April. The group meets at Minipi/The Fly Shop on Wednesdays at 5:30pm and Saturdays at 9am.
- 10km Training Clinic
- Begins 12 weeks prior to the Trapline Marathon.
- 2 supported runs/week: Hill/interval training Wednesday evenings, long run Sat mornings.
- Half/Full Marathon Training Clinic
- Begins early July.
- 2 supported runs/week: Hill/interval training Tuesday evenings, long run Sat mornings.

- Whiskey Jack Jaunt (Trail Run at Birch Brook Ski Club)
- Terry Fox Run (September )
- The Trapline Marathon (Thanksgiving)
