The Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay has implemented a new General Complaints process utilizing the AccessE11 program that that provides a more effective and efficient system for filing complaints with the Town. The new system can be easily accessed by clicking on a direct link to AccessE11. This link will take you to an online form where you can fill in the details about the problem. This form will then be automatically forwarded to the appropriate departments and managers to find a resolution. By providing an email address you will be automatically updated on the status of your complaint. This is the best way to utilize this system.
Other ways to report your complaint include:
Calling the Town at 709-896-3321 and telling your problem to the person who answers your call. The person answering your call will immediately put the details of your complaint into the AccessE11 system while you are still on the phone. Again if you provide an email address the system will provide updates related to your complaint as the problem is dealt with by Town Staff.

The Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay reiterates that Social Media platforms are not an appropriate avenue for filing a complaint. The Town does, however, support the use of social media to provide information on and promote awareness of its programs and services.

Residents are encouraged to file complaints in one of the following manners:
- Follow the link to Access E11: This is the most efficient and effective means of filing a complaint with the Town. Click here for Access E11 Link.
- Telephone 896-3321: When calling to file a complaint, you must provide your contact information, as the Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay does not accept anonymous complaints. If calling outside of regular business hours, please leave a voicemail that includes your name, contact number, and the nature of your complaint.
