Council has proclaimed September 9th, 2017 Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders Awareness Day.
Deputy Mayor Cora Hamel Pardy, Councillor Reg Bowers and Councillor Wally Andersen were joined by members from Mental Health & Addiction Services (Mandy Brown, Sarah Hunt, April Andersen, Julia O’Brien and Emily Mersereau-Ford), Mokami Status of Womens Council (Emilie L.Angers and Jade Rachwal), Department of Child, Seniors and Social Development (Rhea Dale), and LG Health Occupational Therapist Jodi Bowles.
