The Mokami Status of Women Council will be holding its annual REDress Project Official Launch in Husky Park at 1:00 p.m.
The public is invited for refreshments at the Women’s Centre at 2:30 p.m.
The importance of the issue of Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women is present in our community and throughout the province. Nearly 1,200 indigenous women in Canada have been murdered or gone missing in the last 30 years.
Please join in the second annual REDress Project in Happy Valley-Goose Bay to bring awareness to the issue and #BeBoldForChange
