The Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay is developing a new Strategic Plan to help guide the community’s future.
The plan will capture our collective long-term vision, identify opportunities for efficiencies within municipal operations and celebrate our rich heritage and culture.
To achieve these important goals, we want to hear from you!
A community conversation is being hosted on:
