Vigil for the Humboldt Broncos

The Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay, in partnership with the Lake Melville Extreme Minor Hockey League is calling on members of our community show support for the Humboldt Broncos victims and survivors on Thursday, April 12th.

The Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay, in partnership with the Lake Melville Extreme Minor Hockey League is calling on members of our community show support for the Humboldt Broncos victims and survivors on Thursday, April 12th. 

NATIONAL JERSEY DAY MOVEMENT – wear a sports jersey on April 12th in tribute to the families of the Humboldt Broncos bus crash families.

PUBLIC VIGIL – Join us at the E.J. Broomfield Memorial Arena on April 12th, 7:00 – 7:30 p.m. to pay tribute to the Broncos with a short ceremony. Glow sticks will be provided, while supplies last. If possible, please attend wearing a sports jersey and bring a small light (cell phone/flashlight, etc) to shine through the ceremony.
