The Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay and Grand River Snowmobile Club (GRSC) held an official Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing today at Town Hall to further strengthen its partnership with the goal of expanding the existing trail network throughout Happy Valley-Goose Bay.
