The Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay Department of Community Services & Recreation is pleased to advise residents that Kinsmen Park will once again proudly host the Canada Day Celebrations for 2022.
Gates will open to the public at 1:00 PM Friday, July 1, 2022.
We are calling out to interested musicians and performers to participate in the entertainment portion of the Canada Day Celebrations at Kinsmen Park. Please see the below for more details:
Call for Musicians:
The Town calls for interested musicians and performers to express their interest in performing. Please email pr@townhvgb.com and provide details such as:
- Solo or Band (If Band number members)
- Style of Music
- Details on the desired setlist
- Type of performance (dance or other)
- Contact information such as Name (Band Name if applicable along with names of individual band members)
Location: Kinsmen Park
Whether you are an individual performer or an aspiring band, we want to hear from you. Happy Valley-Goose Bay is bursting at the seams with musical talent.
Not a singer or musical performer? Perhaps you dance, drum dance, or perform magic tricks!! Well, we want to hear from you too!
The deadline to submit interest is 4:00 PM, Friday, June 24, 2022. Please note submissions will not be accepted via social media.
