The Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay reminds residents that the Residential Property Tax Low Income Relief program is available for the 2023 Tax Year.
2023 Residential Property Tax Low Income Relief
Residential property owners may be eligible for tax relief. Complete the 2023 Property Tax Low Income Relief application form and submit to the Town Hall with a copy of the CRA 2021 Notice of Assessment for each person residing at the address.
Applicants can submit completed Forms with a copy of the Canada Revenue Agency 2021 Notice of Assessment in one of the following manners:
