The Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay strongly believes in providing a safe and respectful workplace for all of its employees.

Furthermore, it is the policy of the Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay to staff all positions with the best-qualified personnel and to utilize all personnel according to their training and skillset, in a continuing effort to fulfill the needs of the Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay and its residents.

Residents are also reminded that posting any comment on social media that is deemed defamatory and or threatening will be taken seriously and provided to the appropriate authorities. The Town and/or its employees are entitled to take whatever action it deems legally necessary, the costs for which may be borne by those who continue commentary that constitutes intimidation and/or defamation.
