Black Bear Advisory – Bike Trail Near Learning Street

The Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay is advising the public that a Bear sighting has been reported on the Bike Trail near Learning Street.
The Department of Fisheries and Land Resources, Wildlife Division has been advised.
Residents are advised to avoid the Bike Trail in the Learning Street area.
Wildlife Officials do not monitor Social Media to track wildlife sightings; therefore, residents are encouraged if they see a Black Bear in the Happy Valley-Goose Bay area, before posting to Social Media please contact:
