In a Public Council Meeting held on Monday, December 2, 2019, at 4:30 PM, Councillor Michelle Baikie, Chair of the Finance, Administration & Policy Committee, presented the 2020 Budget. The 12th Council of Happy Valley-Goose Bay unanimously passed the Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay 2020 Municipal Budget.
