The Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay advises residents that an emergency water shut-off required due to necessary repairs needed to the Water Distribution Line have been completed. Crews were successful in completing essential repairs without having to shut off the water supply completely. Therefore a Boil Water Advisory for the below area is not required.
The area affected included:
Hamilton River Road – From Civic Address #96 to #114
Hamilton River Road – From Civic Address #81 to #109
It also included the following locations:
Warr’s Pharmacy
Maxwells Bentleys
Pizza Delight,
North Star Building
Dexter Institute
Greenleaf Ltd.
United Church
Birch Island Spa
