Emergency Water Shut-off – Emergency Water Line Repairs

The Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay is advising residents of an urgent water shut-off required immediately for today, July 26, 2021, due to emergency repairs required to the Water Distribution Line. Crews estimate to have repairs completed and water restored by later today.
The area to be affected include:
Saunders Street #14 to #60 (both sides of the street) – Will Have No Water During Repair
Saunders Street Road Closure from #18 to #22 (location of repair work)
This emergency shut-off is necessary to complete emergency repairs to the Water Distribution Line supplying the above-mentioned area. As a result of this interruption, the Town will be issuing a Boil Water Advisory (once the work has been completed and water restored) for this area until further notice.
