In accordance with Subsection 201.3(1) of the Municipalities Act, 1999 the Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay has received Approval from the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Environment to sell the land at less than fair market value to Habitat for Humanity NL for the construction of a duplex dwelling for a family in need. The land is located north of 33 Lethbridge Street.

As per subsections 201.3(2) & (3) of the Municipalities Act, 1999 the public is invited to submit written comments regarding this application. All input is public information and will be considered by Council when a decision is made about the application.

Written comments must be received by the Town prior to April 19, 2018
