Kelland Drive Reconstruction

The Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay wishes to inform residents that Kelland Drive reconstruction (from Bird Street to Edmund Crescent) will resume Wednesday, September 20th and follow the below schedule:
Road-base construction
Wednesday, September 20th to Tuesday, September 25th
Paving
Wednesday, September 26th to Thursday, September 27th
Residents can expect construction and the operation of heavy equipment along with traffic delays in the above mentioned area during these times.
Vehicles regularly travelling on Kelland Drive are encouraged to use an alternate route via Hamilton River Road and Churchill Street unless access to properties in the construction area is required.
The Town encourages residents to exercise caution when driving in these construction areas and apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.
