The Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay has closed Kinsmen Park to the general public, until further notice, to allow for construction of the splash pad.
Splash pad construction is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, August 30th and will continue until further notice.
User groups interested in accessing Kinsmen Park are required to make arrangements in advance by calling 899-0607.
