Mayor George Andrews and the Councillors of the 13th Council are extending their congratulations to the Town of Labrador City on their win of the Labrador Cup! We would also like to applaud the athletes, coordinators, supporters, volunteers, and organizations who made the 2023 Labrador Winter Games a huge success! Special congratulations to our very own Councillor Todd Winters and his amazing team for putting together a spectacular event that showcases the talents and fortitude of Labradorians!
As the host of the Labrador Winter Games, the Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay hopes all participants and visitors enjoyed the “Friendship Games” and left with memories to last a lifetime.
