| The Elections Act, 1991 is being updated, and the Provincial Government is looking for feedback from the general public and stakeholders. Several in-person consultation sessions have been scheduled by the Provincial Government. Virtual sessions are being planned for September.
All sessions are open to the general public. Other sessions, once scheduled, will be posted on the Engage NL website.
Here are the currently scheduled sessions:
- August 8, 7-9 p.m., CNA, Corner Brook
- August 9, 7-9 p.m., Northern Lights Hotel, L’Anse au Clair
- August 10, 7-9 p.m., Lions Club, Anchor Point
- August 15, 7-9 p.m., Two Seasons Hotel, Labrador City
- August 16, 7-9 p.m., CNA, Happy Valley-Goose Bay
