The Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay water and sewer department would like to advise residents in the Upper Valley area of Town of possible discoloration in water. This is due to the opening of a fire hydrant by the Fire Department for fire fighting services. The Town apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.
