Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay –
Street Snow Clearing during the Labour Disruption
Please be advised that, with anticipated snowfall forecasted for the region over the upcoming week, snow clearing services will be provided as per the letter of intent agreed by Union Local 2019 whereby “the Union will maintain a fire lane of at least one grader cut in width on all streets within the town.” Management will also be snow clearing.
The Town recognizes that this is a challenging situation, and to assist in the snow clearing efforts, asks that you not park on the streets. As always, please use caution while driving in winter conditions.
