The Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay is advising the public that the Town Hall will be closed Monday, November 13, 2023, in observance of Remembrance Day, and will reopen Tuesday, November 14, 2023.
The Municipal Landfill will have a delayed opening to allow employees to partake in the Remembrance Day Ceremony. The Landfill will open at 12:00 PM and close at 4:30 PM. Regular hours will resume on Tuesday, November 14th, 2023.
The E.J. Broomfield Arena will be closed on Saturday, November 11th in observance of Remembrance Day and will re-open on Sunday, November 12th, 2023 for regular operations.
Municipal Landfill Regular Hours of Operation:
OPEN: Tuesday to Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
CLOSED: Sundays, Mondays and Statutory Holidays.
