The Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay is saddened to have learned of the passing of long-time resident, and community pioneer, Bert Warr Sr.
Bert Warr Sr. was a respected member of the business community and well known by many.
The 13th Council, Management, and Staff of the Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay offer sincere condolences to his family and friends.
In honour of Bert Warr Sr.’s dedication to the community of Happy Valley-Goose Bay, flags in front of Town Hall will fly at half-mast until sunset of the day of his service.
