Town Lowers Flags in Honour of John Efford

The Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay is saddened to learn of the passing of John Efford at the age of 77.
John Efford served as a longtime member of the provincial legislature and later as a representative in the federal parliament.
The 13th Council, Management, and Staff of the Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay offer sincere condolences to friends and family of John Efford.
In honour of John Efford’s devotion to the province of Newfoundland and Labrador, flags in front of Town Hall will fly at half-mast until sunset on the day of his funeral.
