The Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay Public Works Department advises motorists that Town Crews will remove barricades at the intersection of Winters Crescent and Kelland Drive.
Area to be affected:
- The intersection of Winters Crescent & Kelland Drive
The above-mentioned intersection will be open to the motoring public until Spring 2022 at which time a public consultation will be conducted to determine whether Deharving Drive or Winters Crescent will be the permanent connection to Kelland Drive.
