Traffic Disruption – Water Line Repairs

The Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay Water & Sewer Department is advising residents and businesses that Town Crews will be conducting repairs on a Water Distribution Line at the intersection of Palliser Crescent and Hamilton River Road. This necessary work will commence on the morning of October 20, 2020. The area will experience traffic disruptions beginning around 8:30 AM, Tuesday, October 20, 2020.
Area to be affected:
- The intersection of Palliser Crescent and Hamilton River Road
Town Crews will have all applicable Safety Signage visible, and Flag Persons at the above location. Motorists are encouraged to exercise caution around the area as there will be crews and Heavy Equipment onsite.
Please note that the intersection of Palliser Crescent and Hamilton River Road will be closed to traffic during this timeframe.
The Town is not expecting a follow-up Boil Water Advisory.
