Water Flushing Activities Summer 2021

The Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay Water & Sewer Department advises residents that Water Flushing Activities will begin for the summer season on Tuesday, June 22, 2021, in the Valley area of Town.
The following streets will be affected:
- Lethbridge Street
- Justin Avenue
- Brett Street
- Learning Street
- Mesher North
- Mesher South
- Michelin Street
- Groves Crescent
- Ford Street
- Tooktashina Drive
During water flushing activities, residents and businesses in the Valley area may notice lower than normal water pressure and potential discolouration of water. If discolouration occurs, please run taps until clear.
Residents are encouraged to notify the Town office of water issues. This will enable the public works department to track and provide a better service to the public. Flushing will begin from the PRV station on Lethbridge Street.
Crews will have all appropriate signage in place. Please use caution in these areas.
