Water Restriction Measures
Spruce Park, Hamilton Heights (MOT), North Side (Canadian Side)

The Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay is advising residents and business of a planned Water Restriction for Thursday, September 5, 2019, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. This is necessary for upgrade working happening with the Spring Gulch Water Treatment System. The Water Restriction will affect the following areas:
- Spruce Park
- Hamilton Heights (MOT)
- North Side (Canadian Side)
To further assist with the upgrades, the Town is implementing Water Restriction Measures for the above areas of Town. Residents and Business from Voisey Drive / Mealy Mountain Collegiate to all Valley area, are not under this Water Restriction. The below water restriction measures will be enforced effective Thursday, September 5, 2019, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM:
- No Lawn Sprinkler Usage
- Please Limit Car Wash activities
These measures are necessary to ensure all Spruce Park, Hamilton Heights, and North Side areas have access to water at residences and business.
Due to lower than normal water pressure in the distribution system; residents in the Spruce Park, Hamilton Heights and North Side areas will be under a Boil Water Advisory effective Wednesday, September 5th, 2019.
Residents and Business in the Valley Area of Town (Voisey Drive/Mealy Mountain Collegiate to all Valley area) are reminded that a Boil Water Advisory is still in effect.
The Town would like to apologize for any inconvenience this may cause; however, it is necessary to limit future interruptions.
