The Labrador Health Centre, administered by Labrador-Grenfell Health, is located in Happy Valley-Goose Bay and serves residents of central Labrador and coastal Labrador.

Long-Term Care

The Happy Valley-Goose Bay Long-Term Care Home is a 70-bed accredited facility that provides levels three and four nursing care to its residents.


Our community has schools in both the Newfoundland and Labrador English School District and the Conseil Scolaire Francophone. There are also two post-secondary institutions in our town which provide quality education and training.
